The goal of this conversation is to find out if we’re a good fit together.
So we’re going to ask you a few questions about your property, the condition of the property, your situation as to what’s been going on, etc. At that point, we’ll be able to determine if we’re a good fit to work together. As you know, a real estate transaction can be a long term relationship, so we like to make sure that both parties feel comfortable. This means that we like to encourage you to know that at any point if you feel uncomfortable, we’re more than happy to shake hands and part as friends.
With that in mind, the main goal of the conversation is going to be to see if we’re a good fit together. We want to see what your goals are with the property and the sale of the property and really see what your goals are after the sale of the property. We like to really make sure we get to know our homeowners that we work with, and in that thinking, we take pride in crafting options that work best for the homeowners based on what’s going on for them.
Whether that means we help provide movers or we even put a dumpster outside of the house, if that’s what you need then we will make it happen. Whatever you need in order to help you move on and achieve the goals that you’re looking to achieve, then that’s something that we’re willing to discuss, and that’s what this first phone call helps us do.
