Why Should YOU Sell to Mike Buys Houses?

Hey there, this is Mike from Mike Buys Houses. I just wanted to make a quick video as a couple homeowners have asked the same question after watching some of our videos, and they wanted to know why they should work with me over some of the other options that are out there? What can you expect if you are selling house to investor.

What Makes Us Different from Investors?

My first response is always the same, in that I think we do a great job to stand by our values. We always do what’s best for the homeowner, especially when it hurts. This just means that even if it is a situation that may financially hurt us or simply is even just a pain for us, we are always going to make sure we do what’s right by the homeowners, or you in this situation.

Our biggest goal is to make sure we do right by you and in order to do that, we need to be honest all the time. We also need to be available to help you whenever you need it, even if that is just a phone call to talk through your options which may never lead to us buying your property, it doesn’t matter. As long as we are able to help the homeowner and provide them with all of their options, that’s enough for me.

That’s the real reason though that I think you should work with us. We can provide you with more options than you probably even knew were out there! No real estate agent is going to think as creatively as we will. We often pay more for the property by doing some creative things that most people aren’t even aware are realistic options for them.
