I am Mike from Mike Buys Houses. We’re a team of local home buyers – the team includes three members (plus a lot of support from our family’s, of course). As I mentioned, I’m Mike and I’m interested in purchasing your property. I work with a great team – Bill is our acquisitions manager and TR is the director of operations. Together, we help homeowners find solutions.
We help homeowners be in control when they are selling their property. Our values include adaptability because we want to ensure that we help each homeowner achieve their unique goal. We allow homeowners to choose their closing date, homeowners can then take what they want to their next move, and just leave the rest behind, don’t worry about the rest. We’ll take care of it.
We help homeowners in all types of situations including landlords who don’t want to be landlords anymore, houses in foreclosure, probates and estates, homeowners who want to be in control of selling their property and everything in between.
In fact, we are currently helping a landlord who is getting ready to retire. We are buying his property via terms, which means that he collected a down payment from us, he collects interest every month in his mailbox worry-free and then he will get the rest of his money in a few years – unless of course, he asks us to keep sending him those checks every month. We’ll understand if he wants to keep them coming!
